The return of the dead man

Elmer van Hess, a man who works as a systems manager at a security agency, seems to enjoy a peaceful and happy life: he has stable work and is about to marry the woman of his life. But days before he gets married, he is detained, accused of plotting to attack the president. All is coldly orchestrated. Someone imperiously needs Elmer to "disappear from the face of the Earth." Then, he is sent to prison where he will also be subjected to mysterious experiments with his body. No one from his family and friends is ever again in contact with him, giving him for dead. However, after a long time in the "darkness", Elmer "will come back to life" with the intention of recovering what he lost ... and seeking revenge from all those who made him suffer. From a shelter - which has all the necessary technology - he will begin to "cobble" a plan to get rid of all those who have marked his life forever.
